Konunun ayd\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin yeterli oldu\u011fu sonucuna var\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra oylamaya ge\u00e7ilir. Ekonomik, ticari veya teknik ili\u015fkileri d\u00fczenleyen ve s\u00fcresi bir y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fmayan andla\u015fmalar, Devlet Maliyesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bir y\u00fcklenme getirmemek, ki\u015fi hallerine ve T\u00fcrklerin yabanc\u0131 memleketlerdeki m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131na dokunmamak \u015fart\u0131yla, yay\u0131mlanma ile y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konabilir. Bu takdirde bu andla\u015fmalar, yay\u0131mlar\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak iki ay i\u00e7inde T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisinin bilgisine sunulur. T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi, geri g\u00f6nderilen kanunu \u00fcye tamsay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n salt \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fuyla aynen kabul ederse, kanun Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131nca yay\u0131mlan\u0131r; Meclis, geri g\u00f6nderilen kanunda yeni bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yaparsa, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilen kanunu tekrar Meclise geri g\u00f6nderebilir. Y\u00fcksek Se\u00e7im Kurulunun ve di\u011fer se\u00e7im kurullar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rev ve yetkileri kanunla d\u00fczenlenir. Vatanda\u015flar ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k esas\u0131 g\u00f6zetilmek kayd\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ikamet eden yabanc\u0131lar kendileriyle veya kamu ile ilgili dilek ve \u015fik\u00e2yetleri hakk\u0131nda, yetkili makamlara ve T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisine yaz\u0131 ile ba\u015fvurma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Kamu hizmetine girenlerin mal bildiriminde bulunmalar\u0131 ve bu bildirimlerin tekrarlanma s\u00fcreleri kanunla d\u00fczenlenir. Siyasi partilere, Devlet, yeterli d\u00fczeyde ve hak\u00e7a mali yard\u0131m yapar. Partilere yap\u0131lacak yard\u0131m\u0131n, alacaklar\u0131 \u00fcye aidat\u0131n\u0131n ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n tabi oldu\u011fu esaslar kanunla d\u00fczenlenir. Y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim \u00f6\u011frencilerinin siyasi partilere \u00fcye olabilmelerine ili\u015fkin esaslar kanunla d\u00fczenlenir\\. Hatta bu farkl\u0131l\u0131k disiplin cezalar\u0131n\u0131n, fiillerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k derecesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hafiften a\u011f\u0131ra do\u011fru farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde d\u00fczenlenmesinin yan\u0131nda, ceza t\u00fcrlerinin kurumdan kuruma de\u011fi\u015fmesine, daha da \u00f6tesi ayn\u0131 fiile kurumdan kuruma farkl\u0131 ceza \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmesi \u015feklinde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r[233].<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fvuru tarihinin sona erdi\u011fi g\u00fcnden itibaren on be\u015f g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Dan\u0131\u015ftay Genel Kurulu se\u00e7im yapar. Her Dan\u0131\u015ftay \u00fcyesinin (\u2026)[118]&nbsp;oy kullanabilece\u011fi se\u00e7imde, en fazla oy alan adaylar s\u0131ras\u0131yla as\u0131l ve yedek \u00fcye se\u00e7ilmi\u015f olur. Bu Kanunun y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihten itibaren yedi g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Yarg\u0131tay Birinci Ba\u015fkan\u0131 adayl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusunu ilan eder. \u0130lan tarihinden itibaren yedi g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde adaylar Birinci Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u015fvurur.<\/p>\n<p>On maddelik bu beyann\u00e2me gerekli di\u011fer d\u00fczenlemeleri kanuna b\u0131rak\u0131r. Bakanlar kurulu, ba\u015fbakan ve bakan terimleri ise terkedilmi\u015f, yerine umumi halk kongresi genel sekreterli\u011fi, genel sekreter ve sekreter terimleri kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anayasan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilmesi cumhuriyet \u015fekli d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli yetkilerinden biri, yasama organ\u0131 durumundaki divan ile birlikte kanun koymakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Meclis\u00e7e kabul edilen program\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmet ba\u015fkan\u0131 uygular. Meclis h\u00fck\u00fcmeti denetleyebilir ve gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde gensoru yoluna ba\u015fvurabilir. H\u00fck\u00fcmet ba\u015fkan\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmet \u00fcyelerinin toplant\u0131s\u0131na ba\u015fkanl\u0131k eder; bu \u00fcyeler aras\u0131nda g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapar; kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklerin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 takip eder. Devletin ba\u015f\u0131, millet birli\u011finin temsilcisi cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131d\u0131r. Anayasay\u0131 teminat alt\u0131na alan, millete do\u011frudan do\u011fruya ba\u015fvurabilen cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131 gizli, do\u011frudan ve genel oyla halk se\u00e7er. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ilebilmek i\u00e7in k\u00f6kten Cezayir vatanda\u015f\u0131 ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmak, se\u00e7im g\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131rk ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f bulunmak gerekir. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7in se\u00e7ilir, tekrar se\u00e7ilmesi de m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. G\u00f6reve ba\u015flarken yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeminde \u015fehidlerin kutsal h\u00e2t\u0131ralar\u0131na sad\u0131k ve Kas\u0131m \u0130htil\u00e2li\u2019nin \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 kalaca\u011f\u0131na ve \u0130sl\u00e2m dininin y\u00fccelmesine yard\u0131m edece\u011fine Allah ad\u0131na and i\u00e7er. O sil\u00e2hl\u0131 kuvvetlerin ba\u015f\u0131d\u0131r, mill\u00ee savunmadan sorumludur, d\u0131\u015f siyaseti tayin eder ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr, bakanlar kuruluna ba\u015fkanl\u0131k eder, ba\u015fbakan\u0131 tayin etmek ve g\u00f6revden almak yetkisine sahiptir; mill\u00ee d\u00fczeyde \u00f6nemi olan her meseleyi halk oyuna sunabilir; milletleraras\u0131 antla\u015fmalar\u0131 yapar ve onaylar. Mill\u00ee meclis Eb\u00fbzab\u00ee ile D\u00fcbey\u2019e sekizer, \u015e\u00e2rika ile Re\u2019s\u00fclhayme\u2019ye alt\u0131\u015far, Acm\u00e2n, \u00dcmm\u00fclkayveyn ve F\u00fcceyre\u2019ye de d\u00f6rder adet olmak \u00fczere toplam k\u0131rk \u00fcyeden olu\u015fur. Her emirlik kendi \u00fcyelerini serbest\u00e7e ve kendi tayin edece\u011fi usulle belirler.
